Intro to Asana: A 5-Part Beginner Series

The Intro to Asana 5-part series is designed for anyone who wants to begin a yoga practice with confidence, ease, and awareness. Over five guided sessions, you’ll move from building a strong foundation to connecting breath with movement, moving with intention, exploring self-expression, and finally discovering your embodied presence.

Each class is 30 minutes, beginner-friendly, and focuses on feeling into the poses, linking breath with movement, and cultivating steadiness and ease in the body and mind. Sanskrit names are introduced naturally, helping you become familiar with the language of yoga while learning the shapes, sequences, and rhythms that form a mindful practice.

By the end of the series, you’ll have the tools to create a personal, grounded practice that feels right for you — wherever you are, and at your own pace.
