A Space to Support You


At House of Samadhi, this space exists to support those who give so much of themselves every day.
Coming from a first responder and military family background, I’ve witnessed firsthand the impact this work can have, both physically and mentally. This practice has supported those closest to me, and it’s what continues to inspire me to share these tools with others.
Through breath-led movement, guided meditation, and accessible yoga practices, you are supported in regulating your nervous system, releasing stress, and building resilience both on and off duty.

Over the past year, I’ve partnered with fire stations across Colorado, guiding first responders through breath and movement practices designed to support recovery, regulate the nervous system, and build long-term resilience.

"It's been a pleasure working with Sydni to bring a pilot "firefighter yoga" class to our dedicated firefighters. As a small, all-volunteer agency serving a rural mountain community, our ability to provide fitness programming is limited, both by funding and geography.
