This free 15-minute consultation is a gentle space to connect, share your intentions, and explore what you’re seeking from your practice. We’ll talk about your goals, your experience level, and your needs so I can guide you with clarity and care.
A 30-minute session offers focused, grounding support. These shorter sessions are perfect for beginners, busy schedules, or anyone wanting simple, intentional guidance. We’ll move through breathwork, mindful movement, or grounding practices based on what you need that day.
A 60-minute session allows us to go deeper. You’ll receive a fully personalized practice that may include breathwork, movement, stillness, meditation, or grounding rituals—crafted to help you reconnect, release tension, and feel supported through your journey.
Yes—absolutely. My private guidance is intentionally designed to support all levels, especially beginners or anyone feeling intimidated by traditional yoga spaces. You’re welcome exactly as you are.
No experience is needed. A mat and comfortable space to move is all you need. If you have blocks, blankets, or props you love, we can incorporate them—but they’re not required.
All private sessions are offered online through the House of Samadhi Online Studio, so you can practice from the comfort of your home.
