The Teachers

Sydni, founder and teacher at House of Samadhi
Sydni B

Founder · Vinyasa, Breathwork, Meditation, Family & Childrens Yoga, and Mentorship

Sydni is the founder of House of Samadhi, a Reiki practitioner and a mother. She came to yoga during a period of burnout and trained in Bali, where the practice became more than postures: a path of presence, breath and inner connection. She created House of Samadhi to share the true essence of yoga and make it accessible to everyone.

Sydni teaches a vinyasa-style flow focused on the energy behind each posture, staying true to yoga’s roots and bringing energy work and traditional techniques into the asana. Her classes range from gentle, grounding slow flows to strong, empowering vinyasa. Beyond the studio, she leads a First Responder yoga program, brings yoga to nontraditional spaces, and works with individuals and groups through yoga mentorship and programs. She holds deep gratitude for the practice and the sacred energy it carries.

Sarah M

Teacher · Trauma-Sensitive Yoga, Mindfulness, and Movement

Sarah Mozingo is a mom, college educator and Trauma Center Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Facilitator (TCTSY-F), certified through the Center for Trauma and Embodiment in 2023. She began teaching yoga in 2021 and, with a background in psychology and mental health, specializes in supporting women and adolescent trauma survivors through healing, empowerment and reconnection.

Sarah has taught at Northshore Technical Community College, in juvenile correctional and group home settings, in clinical environments serving women and adolescent girls, and at community wellness events. She is passionate about making yoga accessible beyond the studio and building community through movement, mindfulness and connection. Her classes emphasize choice, autonomy and moving at your own pace, creating a welcoming space where each person’s boundaries and experience are honored.

  1. 01

    Rooted in tradition

We stay true to yoga’s roots, going beyond the physical postures to the breath, energy and intention behind them.
